About the role
As Barton's continues to grow, we have a very exciting opportunity for a Car Care Consultant to join our team at Wynnum.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented individual to join a growing and progressive dealership.
As an Aftermarket Sales Consultant you will be responsible for promoting the benefits of Aftermarket Products to our customers. This includes:
- Achieving targets
- Being a point of contact between the sales department and customers
- Providing post-sale customer support
- Maintaining customer lounges and general cleanliness of customer areas
About you
To be successful, you will have:
- A customer focused attitude with an ability to establish and develop long-term customer relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- An ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude
- An ability to solve problems, prioritise work tasks, meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure
- A motivation to achieve budgets
