In this role you will be responsible for:
- Managing/overseeing a team
- Achieving targets
- Managing paperwork in an efficient manner
- Working effectively with other departments and stakeholders in the business to ensure profitable outcomes
A bit about you:
To be successful, you will have:
- A customer focused attitude with an ability to establish and develop long-term customer relationships
- Experience in car sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- An ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude
- An ability to solve problems, prioritise work tasks, meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure
- Self motivated to achieve budgets
- A willingness to learn and develop
